The Costa Rica Immersion combines the 12-week program with a training week in Jaco and Hermosa Beach: in-person coaching, guided riding, and physician-supported baseline testing and recovery support through local medical partners. All-inclusive except airfare. Total $4,000 per seat; this $1,000 deposit reserves your seat and the $3,000 balance is invoiced 60 days before travel. Physician clearance and travel medical insurance are required before travel. Seats are capped per season.
Coaching programs are prepaid and refundable in full within 7 days if the consultation has not occurred. Provider services are delivered by independent licensed providers, sold at a flat retail price on which the business earns a margin, and are refundable until the appointment is booked. Tours are booked and invoiced separately by Voyagers.
