Screening is a questionnaire and a waiver for most clients. When a response is flagged, or when you want to start with data, these services are available at a flat retail price. Each provider is independent, exercises sole clinical judgment, and holds your clinical record; your coach receives only the clearance decision and the functional screen you authorize.

How this works: Enduro Fitness by Jason contracts each provider at a flat rate for a defined service and sells that service at retail, keeping the difference. No provider pays a referral fee and no payment depends on volume. Provider services are refundable until the appointment is booked and non-refundable once the visit occurs.
