A standardized in-person baseline with a participating Phoenix-metro physician: blood pressure, resting ECG for clients over 50 or with risk factors, labs (CBC, metabolic panel, lipids, A1c, vitamin D, testosterone for men), and a functional screen (overhead squat, single-leg balance, grip strength). Results to you within 7 days; the functional screen and clearance status are shared with your coach under your signed authorization. Repeated at week 12 so your results summary shows change against a physician-recorded starting point. Delivered by an independent licensed provider; sold at a flat retail price with a disclosed margin. Refundable until the appointment is booked.
