An initial consultation with a licensed physician, NP, or PA practicing functional or longevity medicine, plus an expanded lab panel (comprehensive metabolic, lipid, thyroid, sex hormones, inflammatory and metabolic markers) and a review of your current supplements and medications. The provider decides whether any hormone or peptide therapy is appropriate; everything after the evaluation (results review, any prescribed protocol, monitoring, and medication) is contracted and billed directly between you and the clinic, not through this site. Delivered by an independent licensed provider; sold at a flat retail price with a disclosed margin. Refundable until the appointment is booked.
